Saturdays are Bootcamp style training with lots of challenges and group fitness games for a bit of fun. These sessions are run outdoors for most of the year but we move indoors over Winter or when the weather is unsuitable to be outdoors.
We incorporate lots of functional fitness training into this session using tyres, ropes, sandbags, kettlebells, dumbells,medicine balls, slam balls as well as your own bodyweight for some high intensity drills and bodyweight training.
Bootcamp is a great way to start your Saturday and set you up for the weekend ahead.You may get a bit grubby but you will leave with a smile on your face and feeling fantastic.
Dont let the word bootcamp scare you, there is no army sergeant yelling at you in our bootcamp, instead you will be motivated and guided by a friendly, qualified instructor to help you get the most out of your workout.
