In our boxing for fitness classes you will get an all over body workout whilst burning huge calories and increasing your metabolism.


Boxing fitness training combines resistance and cardio exercises with boxing technique and pad work combinations with a partner.

Boxing targets major muscle groups in the upper and lower body, It is great for shaping arms, legs and abs as well as increasing strength, stamina, cardio fitness, co ordination and is also a great stress relief.
