GROUP PT- a 45 minute group fitness class using various equipment to build strength and endurance, tone muscles, burn calories and strip body fat.

Some of the equipment we use in these sessions are dumbbells, barbells, suspension straps, kettle-bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, spin bikes, battling ropes, sandbags and your own bodyweight.
